Return Policy for the Kinesio® Tex Tape and its accessories.
Purchases of Kinesio® Tex Tape and accessories may be returned within (30) thirty days of purchase for a credit to your credit card.
All returns must be in their original condition.
When returning the products please include the following information.
- A letter explaining the reason for your return.
- A copy of your online (email) receipt or packing slip, so that we may credit the charge back to your card. Your credit card will be refunded the amount of purchase less the processing fees incurred by Kinesio® USA.
We will only refund shipping costs in the event of an incorrectly processed order.

Book purchases may be returned within (15) fifteen days of purchase for a credit to your credit card. Your credit card will be refunded the amount of purchase less the processing fees incurred by Kinesio® USA plus a restocking fee of $2.50 per book.
